It’s good to be back in your fine city Adelaide, after almost 5 years.

This trip was a long time in the making.

I was booked to come November 2024 for my book launch but I postponed. I wouldn’t have been here living my values - I wasn’t in alignment with my message of #bleisure, I would have been coming because I had to - and I would have neglected a core pillar of Bleisure - self care.

I chose to rest and restore at that time.

And now after 14 months, and off the back of a truly restful holiday in Samoa, I’m here for a proper #bleisurelife trip.

And tomoroew off to celebrate a friends birthday.

Business + travel + self care = Bleisure.
This trip has it all.
