Make sure to bring this up with your accountant well in advance so it can be included. You will be provided with an invoice as well as a tax deductible receipt.

Of course this is your time and space.

We strongly suggest and encourage you to join all workshops and group sessions as this will be the core of the transformation experience of the retreat.

But yoga, lunch and some of the other activities can be optional. 

You have to listen to your own body and your own experience. And if this gift of time and space is needed for you, we welcome that too.

I'm happy to chat to you about any of the inclusions in the program before joining the retreat to make sure this is the right fit for you!
