😎✨ Grab your sunglasses… it’s Leo season. 😎✨ Grab your sunglasses… it’s Leo season. 🦁☀️

The evidence speaks for itself.

✨ Jennifer Lopez

🇺🇸 Barack Obama
🎭 Viola Davis

…and me. 😏♌️

The maths is mathing. The Leos shine bright!!

If you hadn’t already guessed from my wild lion’s mane, colourful wardrobe, and inability to play small… yes, I’m a Leo.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Leos is that we love to shine because we want all the attention.

For me, it’s never been about the spotlight.

It’s about using my light to help others shine.

Whether I’m speaking on stage, hosting a retreat, coaching a client, or recording a podcast, my greatest joy comes from helping people see what’s possible for themselves.

That’s what lights me up.

So as we step into Leo season, here’s your reminder…

✨ Take up space.
✨ Celebrate yourself.
✨ Let yourself shine.

Because when one of us shines, it gives everyone else permission to do the same.

Whether you’re into astrology or not, I think we could all use a little more courage, confidence and sunshine.

And if you’d like to dive deeper into astrology, your unique design and how it can guide your path, have a listen to my latest podcast episode with Anne-Marie Grace. It was such a fascinating conversation.

♌️Now tell me… where are my fellow Leos?

Let me hear you roar! 🦁💃

Have you ever wondered why certain things come nat Have you ever wondered why certain things come naturally to you, why you keep repeating the same patterns, or why some seasons of life feel completely out of alignment?

In this episode, I'm joined by soul alignment coach and professional astrologer Ann Marie Grace (@wildly.beautiful.life) for a fascinating conversation about astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys and the power of understanding your unique blueprint .

We first connected through SourceBottle when Ann Marie was looking for people who had never experienced an astrology reading before. I love astrology but had never had an actual reading so I said “pick me!!”

After my own reading, I knew I had to invite her onto the podcast.

Together we explore:

* Why astrology is so much more than your star sign.
* How Human Design and Gene Keys can offer practical guidance for everyday life.
* The difference between using these tools as a guide rather than a rulebook.
* Learning to trust your own intuition instead of outside expectations.
* Why understanding yourself can strengthen your relationships with your partner, children and team.
* The role of change, growth and self-acceptance in creating a life you genuinely love.
* Whether spirituality and self-awareness are becoming more mainstream.
* How understanding your natural gifts can give you permission to stop trying to be someone you're not.

One of my biggest takeaways from our conversation was Ann Marie reminding me that “my voice is my gift”, a message that deeply resonated and has stayed with me ever since. And is quite perfect as a podcast host 😉

Whether you're completely new to astrology or already exploring Human Design, Gene Keys and more, this conversation offers a grounded, thoughtful perspective on using these tools to better understand yourself and create a life that feels more aligned.

If you've ever felt like you're trying to fit into someone else's definition of success, this episode is for you.

Date night surprise for my husband … Reminding Date night surprise for my husband …

Reminding of the woman he married 🤣🩷

Unicorn 🦄🦖🌈 dinosaur rainbow legging wearing, sparkly, forever inspired by a 9 year old’s wardrobe.
Paired with #BarbieCore trench - all by @blackmilkclothing

Off to my new fave @costa_taco, because Matt had to experience those birria tacos 🌮.

And in honour of international ice cream day (thanks for the reminder @sparkpophq & the cutie photo of Finn.) we had to go to @thegelatoshop 🍨 for some treats.

Finding ways to bring some joy & sparkle to the everyday. And home in time for bedtime snuggles (with a side of tantrum 🤣)

Luxury is being looked after. One of the conversa Luxury is being looked after.

One of the conversations I had with a retreat consulting client recently was about luxury.

When most people hear the word luxury, they think of five-star hotels, infinity pools and expensive inclusions.

But that’s not what luxury means to me.

After years of travelling through India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan, I’ve realised luxury is something much simpler.

Luxury is being looked after.

It’s arriving at the airport and knowing someone is there waiting for you.

It’s not wondering if your driver is coming, or whether you’ve ended up at the right hotel.

It’s having someone quietly solve problems before they become your problems.

It’s knowing the details have already been thought through.

That’s the kind of experience I want every retreat host to create for their guests.

Because when your guests feel safe, supported and cared for, they can stop thinking about logistics and start being present.

That’s where the magic of a retreat begins.

Luxury isn’t always about spending more.

Often, it’s about creating more ease.

What does luxury mean to you?
