The #bleisurelife is about joy in the small moment The #bleisurelife is about joy in the small moments. It’s about taking steps forward. It’s about changing by degrees, and not by mammoth leaps. You don’t have to uproot your whole life. You can make tweaks, adjustments and take little steps to give you the life you love. It’s the 1% changes that can have the biggest different over time. Stop waiting for one day or someday to live that life. You are living it, now. Don’t like something? Change it. I didn’t get to the gym as much as I wanted last week. My focus was on my son’s big integration into his school era. And I was pooped! But Sunday night, I got on the mat, and I did a 20 minute workout. And I texted my trainer @cinchtraining this photo for accountability. Will 20 minutes really make a difference? Yes! Cos I felt better. Because I did something. And because that 1% workout will add up and give me the vitality that I seek as part of this Bleisure life. So what’s a small thing you can do today that represents a life you love, now?
