Travel The World, Make Money, And Live A Life You Love Now…

Welcome back, if you’re just easing in… it’s Welcome back, if you’re just easing in… it’s 2026.

How incredible is that?

There’s something about a new year that really does feel like a new page.

I get asked all the time:
“Do you offer 1:1 coaching?”
And the answer is yes, I do.

I also realised it wasn’t as clear or as easy to find as it should be.
So I’ve created a dedicated page that shows exactly how you can work with me as your Bleisure Coach.

If you’re craving clarity, support, direction, or space to design a life you actually love — I’d love you to take a look.

How blessed we are to have such beautiful friends How blessed we are to have such beautiful friends from around the world visit us.

Three years now - or maybe more - we’ve had a summer catch up with our friend Annamarieke Dalmulder. All the way from the Netherlands.

We met 11 years ago on a bike ride in Vietnam, and still our friendship is firm.

I did think last week how many wonderful people I know around the world.
That’s not a humble brag.
It’s true gratitude.

We are truly so fortunate to be loved by so many & no matter the distance, to get to share this connection.

Thank you dear Annamarieke. You made our day. ☀️

Are you embracing creativity, and the choices that come with it?

I sat down with creativity mentor and writing coach Tamara Protassow to explore what happens when we stop forcing outcomes… and start listening to what wants to emerge.

We talk about unfinished manuscripts and silenced creative voices.
About patriarchy, capitalism, rest, retreats, and the courage it takes to tell the truth on the page.

About authorship, legacy, and honouring the moment when creativity taps you on the shoulder.

We also reflect on a spontaneous, private retreat at the Rose Farm — a moment that quietly changed the trajectory of my work and blossomed into a beautiful creative partnership for A Life of Magic.

This is your prompt to embrace creativity, and choice, in the new year.

Have a few questions before you book the Bleisure Have a few questions before you book the Bleisure Life Retreat?

Here are some of the ones we’re asked most often.

Where is the retreat held?
At the breathtaking Barranca Private Estate in Kangaroo Valley, just two hours south of Sydney.

How do I get there?
We offer a group transfer from Sydney, or you’re welcome to self-drive from NSW, ACT or surrounds.

Who is this retreat for?
Purpose-led business owners, leaders and creatives craving clarity, rest, connection and a more spacious way of living and working.

Do I have to join every session?
Workshops are encouraged for the most powerful experience, but this is your time. Yoga, walks and optional activities can be taken at your own pace.

What if I’m coming alone?
Beautiful. Many guests come solo and leave with lasting friendships.

Is it tax deductible?
Yes. This is a business and personal development retreat. Your accountant can clarify the details.

If your heart is feeling a little pull towards the valley, trust that.

All your answers, details and remaining rooms are waiting for you on the retreat page at https://www.restandreceive.au/bleisurelifeau of if you would love to talk it through, connect with Emma and she will help you decide whether this retreat is the right fit for your next chapter.
This wasn’t meant to be a reflection episode. R This wasn’t meant to be a reflection episode.

Recorded on Christmas Day while in transit between the USA and Australia, this solo episode became an honest, unfiltered reflection on a year that didn’t go to plan, and the quiet wisdom that emerged anyway.

From missed connections and delayed flights, to intuition ignored, lessons repeated, and moments of deep gratitude in unfamiliar places, I'm sharing the real side of travel, resilience, and what it means to let go at the end of a cycle.

Touching on numerology, astrology, animal totems, and the symbolism of the Year of the Snake, this episode is an invitation to soften, reflect, and close out the year without pressure.

No goal-setting. No forced resolutions.

Just presence, perspective, and a reminder that you either win, or you learn.
