Seeing my book(s) in a book 📚✨🥰 store. I Seeing my book(s) in a book 📚✨🥰 store. I’ll never get tired of this - and extra special sentimental one today. Finn & I went on a little roadtrip to the gorgeous seaside town of Umina Beach on the Central coast to visit @uminabeachbooknook Run by my fabulous friend & brilliant business mentor @katetoon . I did actually visit the shop 2 years ago - but it has since moved and expanded. And the other difference is… I’m now a published author and got to see my book on the shelf 🥹. Last time, Kate was giving me advice as I was in the thick of writing it. Surreal and wonderful to see it just sitting on the shelf. And then extra special … we got to share my second book, A Life of Magic - Bill Hunter’s story, and it has promptly been added to the Bio/ memoir section. 🥹 This is the FIRST book store to feature A Life of Magic. The store is truly magical and wonderful and well worth a visit. Finn loved the gorgeous garden, and a very special secret door that led to a whole new world. What Kate has created is pure magic and a haven for book lovers. A must visit! Looking forward to visiting again - and hopefully even doing something for the community of book lovers there 😍🥹📚 My writing heart is very happy today, and so special to share it with my son who will only ever know a world where he says “look it’s mummy” on the cover of a book on the shelf.

Door to door 📖 103 years in the making Follow Door to door 📖 103 years in the making Follow the journey of “A Life of Magic ✨”. From writing, editing and printing in Australia, to delivering it to the USA 🇺🇸 It was quite the journey! The plane ride yes. But transferring 103 years of life (yes my Cuzzy Bill Hunter is 103 years old) into a book. I committed to writing his story in July 2025. Started writing October 2025. Final manuscript ready December 2025. Audiobook recorded January 2026. Ebook released 2026. Printed March 2026. Delivered to the USA by hand - 2026 200 people attended the book launch on 4 April 2026 to celebrate this incredible life! As I say; quite the joyrney!
