Living Your Values.

This one's a reflection from the thick of it. I recorded this during a really full on season. Personally, with my family, and in business. Everything felt like it hit at once.

From relocating an international retreat because of political unrest, to receiving heartbreaking family health news, to navigating a childcare crisis, my values were the only things keeping me grounded.

Love, integrity, freedom, wealth and adventure.

These aren’t just words I wrote down one day. They’re what I came back to every time I had to make a tough call.

This isn't a polished story or a step-by-step guide. It's real life. Messy, human and honest. It's about choosing what matters, even when not everyone gets it. Especially when the pressure's on.

My words for 2026 are wildly successful and abundant.

In past years, I’ve chosen words like harmony, balance, and growth. This year, I’m choosing something bigger. I’m ready for expansion, for my work and life to grow in ways that feel exciting, meaningful, and deeply aligned.

I believe that what you ask for, you open yourself up to receive. So I’m saying it out loud. I’m aiming high. I’m dreaming bigger. And I’m trusting myself to meet what unfolds.

We came here for my son’s birthday celebration.

Yep. An entire holiday dedicated to his birthday.

Why not??

I love celebrating my birthday around the world and started the tradition the year he was born. Always being somewhere different.

He’s always woken up somewhere different for his birthday.

Only problem - I may be raising the bar slightly too high.

Experiences as gifts.

Sharing time together.

Seeing the world with new eyes.

These are things our family values.

What a glorious, relaxing and joyful day it’s been.
